It was fine; food was mostly bland and unseasoned but heavy in the veggies.
Servers were great though.
+$2 for neat and +$2 for ice made me not want to come again though.

🍺🍔 Milwaukee Street Tavern is a fun neighborhood below-street-level pub in Cherry Creek. They have traditional bar food like sandwiches, tots and wings.
🎳 They have a mini bowling lane and tons of tvs featuring sports to enjoy with friends.
👥 Very group friendly! We meet a group of about 15 once per month and they have plenty of room to accommodate.
🅿️ Centrally located there is tons of metered street parking (free after 7 pm)

We went here for drinks after getting dinner at Machete. The service at the bar was good. The only complaint that I have is that the restaurant smelled like vomit. I think someone got sick in the bathroom because it smelled even stronger in there. This obviously is not a common problem and it wasn't like this during previous visits.

Great place for a lunch break. Food and beer taste great. Staff is legendary.
They have bowling with pins on wire if you are into that.

Not sure if restrooms have baby changer (automatic 1 star), will check on next visit.

Been here a couple of times. The staff is friendly (Hi Jet! 😉) We only had drinks but the food that others were ordering looked good. This is like a greasy spoon and bar all in one. Big plates. This bar is a nice contrast to all the stuffy bars around this neighborhood. I'll be back.

I was shocked at how much I loved Milwaukee St Tavern. First, I only went because I didn’t want to go hang out at West Elm while my better half shopped and I assumed it was a Wisconsin bar since it was named Milwaukee St Tavern (I’m bad at knowing street names) It wasn’t a Wisconsin bar, but it was a great place.

Bartenders were super nice. Wish they would’ve had Fat Tire on tap or a malty beer like an Oktoberfest, but they still had bottles of beer I enjoyed.

Burger was great, steak was good. And it was very well priced for being in Cherry Creek.

Finally, getting to the restroom was a bit of a maze, but they were well lit, had outdated posters and good mirrors for a selfie. So, it felt like a dive bar restroom, which is the best kind of restroom to snap a mirror selfie in and let people know you’re out on the town for the night.

My partner and I went for dinner last night. Let me explain the 1-star rating. Our food was good. I had wings and she had the nachos. Drinks were good. No complaints there. Our service was great. She was very attentive and touched the table plenty during service. She made sure that we were all set. Here comes where things turn and the reason I will never set foot in this establishment again. While we were eating, we noticed a commotion that involved our waitress and a table of about 7 older men, one of which, we learned later, is part owner of the establishment. As we listened in, the man who is the part owner was loudly scolding the waitress for there being the wrong number of quesadillas on his plate. The man would not stop even after the waitress apologized and continued to shame and embarrass her in front of the entire dining room. The waitress walked away visibly shaken and tears in her eyes, but she kept waiting on her other tables, red-eyed and clearly upset and embarrassed. After a few minutes, the part owner got up from the table to speak with, what we assumed was the manager on that night, and continued to complain about the waitress whom he'd already broken. Luckily, the manager was attempting to stand up for her staff. NOBODY should be treated in this way anywhere, much less in a crowded dining room in front of a table of diners ESPECIALLY where there is a clear power dynamic. Shame on you for the way you treated your staff and I do hope that this review reaches your eyes. There was a better way to handle yourself here and with your many years of experience in the industry, I do hope that this was a one off, however and unfortunately this was a situation that my partner and I witnessed and we will never put another dime in your pocket. Do better, sir.

Chill. Good place to pregame. Bartenders knowledgeable and helpful. Cozy and warm. Buffalo wings were mild. Nachos were dry, but was a huge serving for an appetizer. We were here from 6pm until 9pm, and no one ever played in the bowling section, nor did it get overwhelmingly crowded. Seems like a local spot. Definitely worth the four stars, didn't exceed expectations to earn that fifth star.
