Super congested with truck traffic , i checked in at 13:20 for 14:00 appointment with first shift took them 8 hours to load me , i checked out at 20:16 by second shift, i understand you have a work flow but i realized trucks who came after me being loaded and released so i had to go to the office back and forth to get loaded later. Now i have to drive all night and miss a day of work. I had a different experience here years back. Was little better. Space wise and release time. Update broker will say it is 40k lb weight but it turns out 80,000 gross after scaling , can't balance it on axels And they don't write it on bills

Got here 2 hours ago and they are still working on three pallets, Drivers avoid . They loaded the wrong stuff and 2 hours later still working on it.

The Milo’s “new cap” is a quality downgrade. The top is leaking before I even open the jug. Also how is the container sealed if it’s leaking before opening. I appreciated the seal that kept the tea fresh until I opened it. Please change it back.

Truckers Do not go to this place. They take forever, they lie on the weight. Theyll give you BOLS for 39K and the load will be 1k lbs over. Empty weight was 36400. Took them 9hrs to load 44klbs almost.
Went back to cut pallet it took them 5hrs to cut 1 pallet. Stay away!

So when you arrive, follow the signs that said milos and you will see a sign that says milos shipping if you are picking up a load from here the shipping office is at door one all the way on the back after you check on the iPad you put your number your PO number your phone number and you wait for a call when you get a call you go to the door. Remove your locks from the truck because they will put it in the back if you don’t, park the truck and wait until at least eight hours after my appointment to get loaded and I’m still not loaded. The place is really slow and there’s a lot of trucks parked and could be tight. I’m there overnight. Good luck.

As a driver, people in shipping office need to do better. Lots of mixed up loads here. Had to meet another driver 3hrs up the road to swap trailers. The bills were still wrong. Big inconvenience when your clock is ticking.

As somebody that used to haul his product just A few years ago, I was a sucker for soda, but as somebody who switched to drinking tea, and then realized there are many bad teas out there with fructose syrup, and only realizing Milo’s tea is made with natural sugar. I just wish truckstops sold more of the 1 gallon options at every Truck Stop. Because when the word gets out there that you are one of the healthiest tea, truck drivers will buy more of it.
