If you’re trying to use the UPS, it’s awful don’t. I came there twice and twice they couldn’t help me. They don’t have a scanner or printer or packaging. They should take that sign down because the UPS drop off is deceiving when u simply can’t return anything there

I visited in August 27th and did not realize it was their Grand Opening celebration! I was absolutely thrilled they had finally came to Oxford! I love that they are pet friendly! I visited with my dog. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I did pick up a Halloween figurine that I painted to appear more like my baby!

Overall this place was awesome! Nice and clean! A very nice selection of products!

They have a variety of drawing pads. I’m sad that they have downsided their planner selection.I know I can order online but I would rather pick out my selection in stores

Manager and employees was unable to assist in free shipping code sent to me by the company. Company’s fault their codes did not work. Can’t order in store . All ordering is done online by yourself instead of any options with store. Poorly on company’s part. Employees were awesome to try and assist.

Shopped for Halloween decorations; selection was mediocre and prices were ridiculous. For example, this little cat shelf was $40!! Absurd.

I was really impressed by the selection and variety available.
They really make the most of their space. Everything looks neat and clean. The shelves are well organized and easy to find. Every time I asked an employee where something was, the employee always immediately knew where.

Ordered a wreath for my Mother for Mother's Day and scheduled pick up for within 2 hours. My order was ready for pick up within a half our, so I appreciated being able to go ahead and pick up while I was still our running errands. The wreath was exactly as described on the website. My mother loved it and it looks great on her front door!
