I recently had a very disappointing experience with Metro Management and Jimmy Goldstick concerning their management of a building on Roosevelt Island that they recently acquired. Despite knowing about an emergency, a very necessary repair concerning mold in a shower, they have made no attempt to address these issues. Their negligence in maintaining a safe and habitable environment for residents is unacceptable. I haven’t been able to use my shower for 2 days. It’s clear that their priority is not the well-being of tenants, but simply collecting rent. If you’re considering renting or investing in a building managed by these people, don’t. As they show no real commitment to managing the property or taking responsibility for its condition.

I have been a Mortgage Loan Officer in the NY Metro Long Island Area for 25 years. Dealing with a managing agents on Co-Ops and Condos has long been a sore spot with lenders as many of these companies are very challenging to deal with. Metro Management and Litsa Douris were by far the greatest experience in my entire career. Rapid response by email, and patience after we went back to her for clarification over a dozen times on very specific details within the condo that we were providing financing for. Truly an exceptional experience. If you are a co-op board or Homeowner's Assoc you would be well served in exploring a relationship with Metro Management.

Poor support for their tenants. We’ve been waiting days to get “approval” for maintenance that their staff could not provide. They are allowing a structural and public health risk to persist while they drag their feet through paper work

Would rate 0 stars. They are impossible to reach. They have uneducated, untrained, and/or lazy staff. No one there seems to know anything. The information they do give is useless.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A CLIENT OR BUYER TO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEVELOPMENT.

My wife and I were owners in a co-op managed by this company. If you have the misfortune of having Renee from Metro Management as your contact, be careful. She is rude, non-responsive, and frustratingly poor at her job. It is astonishingly frustrating. If you are forced to deal with her, be sure to copy her boss Joe on all communication. It won't rein in her absolutely atrocious behavior, but it might help with a sliver of accountability.

Needless to say, I am thrilled to never deal with this company again.

I am writing to share my concerns regarding the conduct of the property manager, Theresa Kelliher, and the Vice President of the board, Nikica Rednic Majic, at Crescent Tower Condominium, Astoria.
The Vice President of the board, Nikica Rednic Majic orchestrated a scheme supported by the property manager, Theresa Kelliher to coerce residents into paying for architectural services provided by the Vice President’s sister. The property manager, Theresa Kelliher has been complicit in this scheme, failing to uphold ethical standards and protect the interests of the residents.

This coercive practice is highly unethical and has created a hostile living environment. Residents should not be pressured or manipulated into financial arrangements that benefit board members’ relatives. Given the severity of these actions, both the property manager, Theresa Kelliher, and the Vice President of the board, Nikica Rednic Majic should be removed from their positions. Their behavior has demonstrated a clear conflict of interest and a lack of respect for ethical standards, which is unacceptable in our community.
