The staff is nice. The prices are what they are but the sales are good. The one time I had an issue with an item I purchased here they replaced it for me even though I had opened it. Good, convenient neighborhood grocery store.

You have to make sure you check the prices when you are at the register. It says on sale on the shelves, but when you get to the register it is another price. Twice this has happened to me. One time I didn't notice till I got home. Now I pay attention even if I'm in a rush.

What a difference new management makes! The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The store is well lit and clean, including the meat section, which smells clean just like the rest of the store. Prices are reasonable, shelves are well stocked, and they offer a wide variety of products as diverse as the neighborhood the store is in. I used to avoid this neighborhood supermarket, now I'll gladly be a regular.

I use to shop here weekly, one shopping trip I needed to use the restroom I asked associates where I could locate the restrooms. I was told to go to the front and ask, I asked a cashier, she walked over to a guy who I assume was the manager. Without looking up or acknowledging me claimed the restroom was out of order. I left my basket full of groceries & left. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a place that is so rude & in my belief lies to their customers.

I also own a business in the community and since this supermarket has been taken over by new owners and management this has been such an improvement. The selection is great, and the staff and management is so friendly, helpful, and generous! I personally want to thank Metfresh Supermarket of Morris park for being such a great asset to the community!!!!
