I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with customer service experience I received in this store on March 3. I was interacting with one seller and was disheartened by the rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited during conversation about price for item . She refused to return me money when I asked that I want to return item . There was no price for product. As customer I expected better service and respect when addressing my concerns. Poor customer service.

Meat Heaven aka Meat On Us. Small grocery store (mostly products from traditional eastern european menu). The store has own fresh meat department. Organic food is available. Check labels and experation date on all products!

I enjoy going to Meat On Us store. Have been going there for almost 10 years now. No matter what time of the day I get there, everything is extremely fresh and delicious. All employees are pleasant, and always trying to help you with tough decisions as to what to get that day. I buy organic mean and poultry there, which is always available. They always offer
Go cut to your preferences. The most important thing, the prices are very reasonable compared to everyone around them. The big bonus they offer a free delivery. I wish them lots of success and prosperity.

I have been going to this store for many years. But there has never been such a treatment as today. The cashier who worked at the cash register today she can't work with people because she doesn't know how to talk to customers properly. I have never seen such rudeness in 30 years in America. I would advise the store owner to fix the situation because he will lose a lot of customers.

I live nearby and come by often to pick up fresh veggies and fruits. I haven't picked up any meat items so, I can't attest to the quality. The produce items have been fresh but, the prices can be a bit high. The other day button mushrooms were $8 for a pound. The customer service can be hit or miss but, I haven't experienced someone yelling at me when visiting this shop. Also, the store is now called Meat on Us Inc.

Stay away from the store, scammers, when you ask the price they tell you lower price and then charge you $4 more per pound. Always ask the price and check the receipt

My mother and I shop here all the time because the store is in the neighborhood. However, after today's incident we are not coming back. As we were shopping, my mom put down a pack of flour on a container with cake. My mom was bending to pick something up and didn't notice what she put it on. I believe it's the owner (the loud guy with a pony tail) proceeded to ask my mom if it's her flour. She said yes, APOLOGIZED and took it off the container. The guy began to yell at my mother throughout the whole store saying "she was not born yesterday" and to "use her brain." At first I thought he was joking around, but then I realized he was serious as he continued to bark like a dog. Do yourself a favor and go shop somewhere else and not at a place where the owner treats you like an inferior. Horrible, sad, miserable person! Other than that, I will say that the girls at the cash register are always very pleasant. He should learn a thing or 2 from them.

I frequently used to shop at this store and realized that they don't have daily fresh produce like they claim. My suggestion is to avoid Meats on Us and their non fresh produce and meat products
