Super happy with McCauley. Spoke with Gail and she was very personable and helpful with scheduling me. It's been 2 months since the initial spray and I called because of ants coming in during the heatwave. I wish I had called sooner. David is my technician and very friendly and prompt, as well as efficient and great at communicating. I highly recommend McCauley.

I highly recommend McCauley, and if possible, ask for Arturo—you won’t be disappointed! Arturo is an outstanding representative of the company. His communication is top-notch and he is always a pleasure to talk to. I appreciate how he sends a reminder text the day before, including the time frame for his arrival, and he is consistently punctual. Arturo is also incredibly flexible, accommodating any changes I might need with the schedule, which is so helpful. McCauley is lucky to have such a reliable and professional team member!

Arturo is our tech and he’s the best! He’s on-time, polite, remembers small details about the property and takes care about them, is careful with my pets (and the neighborhood ones!), and always takes his time when applying the treatment. We have had virtually no maintenance since we started the program with McCauley. Within a week or so of when we begin seeing activity again, Arturo is back for the next round. Obviously the occasional bug will exist, but the yard is free of webs and other insect debris, which makes general upkeep much more enjoyable!
