Took my 2008 john deere riding lawn mower to them. It was smoking and I knew it needed help. They charged me 150 dollars to tell me the engine was blown and we're trying to urge me to sell it to "their buddy" down the road as a parts lawn mower for him to use. I told them no I'd come and pick it up and then took it to Tatum's small engine repair where within the hour Gary called me and said this engine is not blown. It's the carburetor. He had it up and running perfectly within two days and I am now so happy with the results. Don't waste your money with mcelhaney anymore! Way overpriced and jicky!
