Lisa and Chris did such an amazing job catering our Micro wedding in October. Not only is the food out of this world, its also their warm and caring nature that really sets them apart when it comes to service. It was important to my husband and I to work with vendors who really love what they do and it really shows in their service and products they provide. We highly recommend marbled meats for your next event.

Also their Thurs/Friday lunches have become a staple for us!

This place is worth any drive you have to make and any money you'll spend. High quality meats, Bone Broth, Delicious "house"made food, yummy sandwiches, and knowledgeable staff ...the coffee is even really great! Highly recommend! Check out Vera's and the ice cream shop while you're there.

Marbled meats has saved me more than once. When I was making paella, they were the only butcher locally to be able to source the rabbit I needed. Most recently they had a gorgeous rack of lamb I wanted for my partner’s birthday dinner. It’s easy to do business with them either over email or through their website. And then I find it nearly impossible to not buy everything in the shop when I go to pick up my order. Beautifully curated with culinary treats, my bank account is happy we don’t live closer.

This is my favorite farm fresh food source in the region. I aim to consume meats as free from alteration and chemicals as possible, and the staff are always very good at answering my questions about the meat—even calling the farms! I have enjoyed the freshness and flavor so much. And it’s pretty reasonably priced. The shop carries a beautifully curated assortment of condiments and wonderful eggs, as well. It’s my ritual to visit this shop when I’m going to be nearby. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARBLED MEAT SHOP.

Ordered a bone-in leg of lamb, shank on for Thanksgiving. Lamb was delicious! Too -- I had to make a change in the order quite close to Thanksgiving day, they were quick to accomodate.
