My wife and I booked two nights at the moonlight suite, and I cannot recommend. We arrived to a closed distillery, “room service” only if someone was willing, and a “box elder bug” filled room. Would not recommend.

Marble Distillery was the perfect venue for our post wedding brunch!
I can’t say enough about sweet Jessica! She was so easy to work with!
We bought out the Inn for the weekend so only wedding guests were staying there. The bride and groom had a lovely room with a private outdoor patio.
Marble Distillery and Inn is a unique place to stay in the heart of Carbondale!
For the brunch, the layout was absolutely perfect! Guests walk up to the outdoor seating area with the fireplace. The double doors were opened and invited guests to fix a plate then to the bar to enjoy beverages made by their EXPERT cocktail artists! Dining tables were set up in the room with the food plus the bar offered plenty of seating. The upstairs balcony with fun views was also open to our guests.
From start to finish, this was an easy event to plan and execute with the wonderful Jessica!

We stayed here for our Wedding Weekend and actually bought at the other guestrooms for some of our other guests. It was the perfect location for a Carbondale Wedding right on Main St. On the main arrival day, all of our friends met here for beverages and it was so fun catching up.

We also hosted our Post Wedding Brunch on Sunday and it was so much fun! The elixirs really helped us recover- and some even enjoyed the Bloody Mary's. They let us bring in outside Catering (Plosky's soo good) creating an amazing Bagel Brunch.

The guestrooms are modern, spacious and clean and have everything you need. My now husband ordered us flowers to be delivered the night of our Wedding and it was the sweetest thing.

This place is the BEST! A few buddies and I did a distillery tour followed by a whiskey tasting and it did not disappoint. Connie and Carey were amazing hosts and we had a terrific time. The drinks were amazing and the tacos are 🔥
Will be back again, highly recommend

This Distillery, owners Carey and Cinnie also employee darci are absolutely fantastic. Their products are amazing, distinct and different than anything you have ever had. We would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to everyone who is able to visit. A+ will return for sure. Bought many bottles of their product

I checked out Marble Distilling for some cocktails. I have to say the Moscow mule is probably one of the best I’ve had in my cocktail adventures. The atmosphere is a chill with an industrial tall ceiling look and awesome staff. The brand is focused on sustainability and the staff talked about some of the distilling process and showed a ton of passion for their business. Definitely check them out when you’re in town!

Marble Distilling is a true local gem. It is not only one of the very best distilleries in Colorado, but one of the finest distillers of Bourbon outside of Kentucky I have found thus far, (and better than many within). Their other whiskies are also quite good, rooted in tradition while maintaining unique characteristics that play with your expectations and make for a fun drinking experience.

The whiskey may be the star of the show, yet all of their spirits are worthy of a spot in your cabinet. The gingercello and moonlight espresso especially are best in show. There's a reason you see these bottles behind every bar in Colorado, as they remain an effective and delicious way to elevate even the most basic cocktail. A focus on sustainability largely unseen in this industry make them true pioneers and worthy of praise.

The tasting room bar is warm and immaculate, with finishes of yule marble gorgeously displayed. Hot appetizers (or "tapas" if you speak hipster) is a delicious and much welcome addition that finally makes this beautiful space feel complete. You'll be grateful to have something more than dry charcuterie to accompany your journey through tasting flights and well executed craft cocktails. This is, without doubt, one of Colorado's finest settings to revel in the joy of distilling in.
