Having tried multiple types of kombucha from sundry manufacturers, Mama Bear’s is the best I’ve had. Many friends who do not otherwise like kombucha have expressed their surprise at how good this is. I have also noted that Oishi Kitchen, the location where the kombucha is brewed and sold, has been meticulously clean every time I have visited. If you are looking to drink vinegar and consider anything else to be weak or “watery,” you will likely be disappointed in this product. Conversely, if you enjoy well-balanced, refreshing, organic beverages which leave you feeling healthy, you should definitely try Mama Bear’s Kombucha.

I've tried many commercial and homemade kombuchas but this is the best. Her lemon ginger and mojito are my favorites because they're a bit stronger. The berry flavors are milder and she tries to use local produce. It's all light, fizzy, not overly acidic and thirst quenching. I don't buy it anywhere else

First, I am not much of a kombucha fan, but I was surprised to find that I enjoy this kombucha. It has good flavor and is also light and fizzy. I also enjoy that they make some truly Alaska flavors using wild Alaskan raspberries, blueberries, and roses.

I've had Mama Bears Kombucha twice now--and while I love to support local businesses, their kombucha is, to put kindly, terrible. Mostly extremely watery--I think they water it down to save money/produce more, which is understandable; but it still sucks. Kombucha should be much stronger. I also question the integrity of their bottling process--I had a hair in my bottle the second time. For how egregiously expensive it is, it should be of a higher caliber imo. They ALSO don't list the ingredients, which beyond isolating an entire customer base of people w allergies/health concerns, is suspicious.
