Got charged two times. Called the store. The man who answered was slurring his words and unable to communicate. Asked for a supervisor. He said she would be in tomorrow at 7 but to hold on. Another “wasted” sounding young person got on the phone and when I started to explain what happened, he started to sort of him and mumble. I asked if he was okay. He sort of laughed and hung up. Very disappointing.
