This location was extremely disappointing in terms of cleanliness. It took an unreasonably long time for our server to bring ranch for my salad, and we never received the appetizer we ordered before our main course. Overall, the service was poor, and I’m not happy with the experience.

We stopped in on a Friday after while in DFW area for my husband’s school. Allen was our waiter. Very helpful, informative and patient. The restrooms were super clean. The food was all delicious.

Took forever to get the food out. Nachos were lukewarm and they didn't bother to mix the cheese with the other toppings. Not good at all. Some of the bumpers were stuck halfway up on my lane. There was another lane with the same issue. There are much better places to bowl with better service/food.

We came to Main Event to have fun and good food. What we got was far from even good. The Caramel apple cheesecake had barely a dollop of cheesecake on it, the cheesebread and DEEP DISH PIZZA was more bread then anything else, and it was flavorless CORNBREAD. When I tried to find a staff member to find out why this happened I was waiting for 20 mins before I decided to leave the front desk and continue bowling. Just for me to see FIVE staff members come out of a backroom at the same time about 10 mins AFTER I returned to bowling.

I had a great first visit to Main Event! The staff was patient, helpful, and kind, starting with our initial interaction. We opted for the "All day play" pass, which included bowling, laser tag, shuffleboard, and pool. Service during bowling was friendly, thanks to our server Khalif.

We ordered fries, a personal cheese pizza, fries and loaded queso; all were decent but slightly too salty, earning the food a 6/10. The "Boss margarita" was hit-or-miss, good on the first try but inconsistent on the second, so I'd rate it a 7/10.

The arcade was fun but felt a bit like a rip-off since the games ended quickly, requiring frequent token top-ups.

Overall, it was an enjoyable evening, and we might return. Thanks, Main Event!

This is the cleanest Main Event I've ever been to. The games were all working, prize area was well organized and stocked. I went to 3 other main events in the area this past month and they were all a mess. I come for the games and the other ones had broken machines or faulty mechanics in the ticket games. I didn't find one broken or fault machine here. I would take my friends to this one even though the drive is a little further because of how much nicer it is. The manager, Destiny, was super nice as I had to compliment how well maintained the place was. I love arcades and travel and always visit all the arcade and this was one of the best I've visited.

We come from 2.5 hours west of this place, and we found that our first MD appointment of the day was cancelled. We searched for a place near the second MD office and found this Main Event! Since we are ,"senior citizens" we had no idea of what to expect. We loved whatever we could play, though so many of them are created for this younger generation. That is how it should be. We found that the prices were higher than the last place we had recently played at. That was disappointing... Perhaps they could come up with a senior citizen price while the kids are in school. It's nice to know that we can keep our card to use next time we have time to play. We enjoyed our visit to Main Event.

My son had a blast. Bowling was fun the lanes were great. Laser tag was awesome.. the games but those are very expensive. The affordability to come and play laser tag and bowling is great... If you go weekdays early you can bowl and play unlimited laser tag for 14.99 and they'll give you $10 card to play on.. that equals out there just two/three games.. but we had a blast.
