After always hearing about Macarollin's, I finally had the chance to try their Buffalo Mac & Cheese and Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese at an event in Canandaigua--and it definitely lived up to the hype!

Starting with the Buffalo Mac, the creamy cheese sauce paired with just the right amount of buffalo heat created a perfect balance that was flavorful but not overwhelming. Topped with chunks of juicy chicken and a hint of blue cheese, it's ideal for anyone who loves that classic buffalo flavor.

The Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese, on the other hand, was comfort food at its finest. The richness of the cheese sauce combined beautifully with the tender pulled pork, creating a smoky-sweet experience in every bite. The pork was cooked just right, bringing a savory depth that elevated the mac and cheese beyond the usual.

Both dishes were indulgent and perfectly executed. I can't wait to find Macarollin's at another event soon! Highly recommend giving these a try if you get the chance--you won't be disappointed.

This food truck serves delicious creamy Mac of different varieties. My favorite is the pulled pork Mac with the Korean coming in a close second and actually I haven't had a bad one. Macarollin can usually be found at many festivals. Give them a try!

If you're an RIT student, you eat this one to a few times a week. Sometimes the breadcrumbs aren't the freshest, but it's pretty good overall.

This mac’n’cheese is awesome! They came all the way down to Watkins Glen to cater our wedding, and everyone was obsessed! They even made us a cute sign to commemorate the occasion.

I've experienced Macarollin at several events around Rochester and it has been delicious every time! Between my son and I we have tried the buffalo, pulled pork, lobster, bacon cheeseburger, bruschetta and the new roasted veggie mac. Each and every one was not only super yummy but also is plenty of food to save for later if you choose. These guys don't skimp on portions and my favorite bit of all, the customer service is always on point! Thank you for all the smiles and great experiences guys! With fun summer events finally coming back this year, we will definitely be ordering more mac in the future 🙂 🙂

We were so pleased with our Buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese! The portion size was large, plenty of perfectly seasoned chicken and blue cheese crumbles.The dinners were delicious. I was pleased with the wonderful service and so impressed when Chuck came right out of the truck to give our dog, Max, his own helping of macaroni and cheese…with bread crumbs! I didn’t even know Max knew how to eat from a fork! Thanks for the great dinner and hospitality! I hope you come back!

My daughter and I had your food at the Canandaigua Chriskindle festival yesterday. We threw it in the garbage. The bacon was greasy no cheese sauce on the noodles just terrible! We were very hungry too, I felt it was so poorly made, try a true cheese sauce.
