Home grown, tasty, and satisfying...that's Lyman Ranch meats. Meat sticks for snacks are tender and tasty. Bologna, summer sausage for sandwiches is better tasting than what you buy at the grocery store. The beef for grilling is just right for gastronomic delight!

Our family has been enjoying Lyman Ranches beef for almost three years and we will never go back to big-box store-bought beef again. You can't beat the taste of Lyman Ranches beef, and we love knowing that the animals have been treated with kindness and compassion. Not only can you order quarters, halves or whole beef, but the shop on Main Street sells cuts of meat and "fun" things, like bologna and summer sausage (yum!!).
