I ordered transfer of some pavers from their other location for pick up, before I get there I called them to confirm that they have it ready for me and they said it’s ready. After waiting 30 minutes on their yard they said they don’t have it.
THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!
I planned to rent trailer for just 4 hours which wasn’t possible thanks to them.
They wasted my time and money!

Lurveys is a 5 star organization from the top down. I had low tire pressure on my truck after they loaded me topsoil and one of the yard guys noticed and offered to fill them up with their air compressor. That’s customer service!
