I'm remodeling my bathroom. Lowe's online site was far superior to the other big box store, at least with shower alcove info. After choosing my pieces I went to Lowe's Poway, was helped by Itayaa Herrera, a Pro Sales Specialist. She was incredible. Polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me! She signed me up to their PRO Plan, which saved me more money than I had expected. She knew her stuff, proficient on the computer, and together we closed a $2500 sale. The entire experience was fantastic and painless. Lowe's is my new favorite home improvement store!

I have always had a great experience with Lowe’s Poway. Tony G, a tools customer service rep working in the facility helped me a lot in figuring out the tools I need to get my home improvement task done. He made me believe I can do it and I did it. Love the above and beyond effort the customer rep folks in this facility take to help customers. For years Lowe’s Poway have given me the most consistent great customer service out of any stores I visit in Poway. Thank you so much folks 🙏🙏🙏

I'm not sure if it's all Lowes or just the Poway one, but customer service here is absolutely terrible and makes me want to intentionally avoid shopping here. I recently heard craftsman released a new line of wrenches and went to check them out. I was interested in buying them along with a handful of other items totalling about $200. I checked online if Lowe's does price matching and their website states "we price-match items sold by Amazon.com but not by a third-party seller on Amazon.com" - I found the craftsman wrench set stated sold by Amazon on amazon.com for $50 (not a third party seller). Lowes wanted $75. That is a 150% price increase. I work hard for my money I'm not going to pay more for something for no reason. In the past trying to warranty a broken tool with Lowe's was a PITA being told they will not warranty something without the receipt and you can go grab any craftsman box, read the back and it says no receipt required! So keeping this in mind I'm not going to 1) pay more for the same item and 2) not get anything for that extra cost. I asked the lady monitoring the self checkout if they price match and she was very delightful saying absolutely! Just go to customer service. At customer service I believe the ladies name was Sarah that got called over to help me (I could be mistaken (going off of a tired long day of memory) She clearly did not want to do her job let alone even try. She looked confused when I said price match, said they didn't do it, I told her that her website read that they do. She first said they don't price match anything third party, I insisted it was not third party, it was sold by Amazon, I showed her the listing, she waived it away refused to even look at it and then said they won't price match anything that is prime on Amazon!?!? What? Prime? That's just a membership that has nothing to do with the cost of items I say! I insisted that prime had nothing to do with it and she said no still. So you know what Lowe's I went back through the aisles and put every single item I had in my cart back on the shelf for you and walked away not spending a dime. I'm so tired of people that don't give two * about their job. Why work in customer service if you don't want to provide service to your customers, in fact why even have that department Lowes? Anyways, terrible service and this just re-establishes why I dislike the Poway Lowe's. Higher than other retailer prices for the exact same brand/item, terrible customer service, headache process to warranty an item. I don't see the point in shopping here.

Two stars because the cashiers are awesome! Left without purchasing the garden blocks I had come for - no heavy carts anywhere in the east side of the store or parking lot. I suppose I could have made my way to the far west side to find one…but my schedule didn’t afford the time today.

Excellent store. They make you feel valuable, and respected. They had the part I needed at a reasonable price. Their competitor...(H.D.) did NOT have my part. Lowe's respects Veterans by giving preferential parking spaces up front. The discount they give is much easier to get. No fanfare.
I just bought a home and decided to check the air conditioner filter. It was in terrible shape. Hadn't been changed since Nov 2017.

The worst customer service. Order 10 - 8"W by 8"L by 12"H pier blocks on line. Was notified my order was ready. Get to the store and they try to load 12"W by 12"L by 12"H pier blocks. I was told that their was a error with corporate IT and they never carried them. When I asked to speak with the manager he said this is not the store's fault it is corporates fault and they have been trying to fix it. I wasted my time and they could care less and blamed their corporate office. This the second time something like this has happened at this store and each time I have had the same treatment.
I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Corporate office for lowes your Poway store is blaming you for this and they are not appolgetic at all.
I will never shop at this store again and advise my family and friends to do the same. I never write reviews but this negative review was worth my time, so that other don't have to deal with this.
