We’ve been loyal customers, coming here several times to buy 10 pounds of snow crab with no issues. The lady who usually helps us would always go to the back to get the fresh stock, and we were happy with the quality.

This time, however, the man up front refused to get fresh crab from the back and instead tried to sell us freezer-burned, old-looking clusters. Against our better judgment, we trusted your reputation and bought 10 pounds. Huge mistake.

After cooking them perfectly (10-12 minutes), the shells were mushy, and the crab meat was disgusting—clearly old. As a former cook at a clam bar, I know how snow crab should taste and this was inedible.

Your refusal to provide fresh crab cost you loyal customers who followed you on Facebook. Insisting we buy bad product not only ruined our meal but also your credibility. You can claim it was “good” crab, but trust me, it wasn’t. Toss bad stock instead of selling it to customers.

We won’t returning lost a good customer but gained a sale good job.

I drove from Geneva NY yesterday and purchased a 60 count bag of clams, 2- 16/20 oz lobster tails and 1 lb of scallops. Let me tell you about the clams. I have participated in over 100 clam bakes as a clam cooker. I have never had a clam that tasted as fresh and sweet as the clams I purchased from Lorenzo's. The scallops! OMG! The scallops were just as good, extremely fresh and sweet. The lobster tails are for tomorrow so I can't comment on the yet, but the size of them, wow. I recommend, where ever you live in upstate NY, to visit Lorenzo's. You can call ahead of time and place an order. Dinner for two or a party of 200, they can accommodate!
