They have the absolute best customer service. Everyone who works there is so lovely and really cares about the chicks and their wellbeing. They were so communicative with me over text and great to work with. You use to have to line up early to get a spot on Fridays, but they are now taking orders by appointment once the chicks come in, it makes the process way less stressful. They also sell gorgeous, delicious fresh eggs!

Love this farm, I went with my wife for 5 chicks and we ended it up with 30 chicks (olive eggers) they are so cute and my kids love to pet them, they are so fluffy and hope all of them grow and produce sufficient eggs for our family, then I came back next week and we bought 13 chicks (lavander orpington) and 2 chicks (bantam). Thank you for the stuff they are very knowledgeable about the chicken and very friendly I highly recommend visiting and getting your chicks. I LOVE HIS POULTRY.

I came here with my two toddlers and the experience was phenomenal! We were able to get our dream chicks (silkies) and a few extras. Wayne spoke to the kids about their chicks and how special they are— which made them beyond happy. If you want to support a lovely family farm- come here! The place was clean, friendly, and our chicks are thriving! Can’t wait to expand our little chicken family!

Wayne and Jess are absolutely amazing people and a blessing to our community on Long Island. We purchased 6 beautiful baby chicks from them and communication from beginning to end was nothing short of seamless. The chicks are so healthy and active we truly couldn’t be happier.

My wife is working on starting an egg farm that donates to a charity and they both have been so helpful and generous with all of their insight and guidance. We love Long Island Poultry and will most definitely be life long customers!!! ♥️ 🐔 🥚

I contacted Long Island Poultry on FB asking for help. I rescued a chicken and she was very lonely and sad. Was not laying eggs and not even making a sound. I was told she needed friends since chickens are social birds. I explained the situation and asked if they had any pullets sweet as my girl. They said they would contact me when they found the perfect girls for her. And they did!!
My girls couldn't be any happier birds! My girl started laying eggs the next day. Now all 3 are laying eggs. They follow each other all over the yard when I let them roam free.

I love getting chicks from Long Island Poultry! They have a terrific variety of chickens, and they keep their customers well informed of which varieties are available each week. Wayne and Jessica are knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I've gotten 13 chicks from them so far and I love them all!

We have been to Long Island poultry about five or six times at this point. Two times we have raised chicks that we have gotten from them. They are so knowledgeable and you can tell that their chicks and pullets are well cared for. We would never think of going anywhere else for our chickens or chicken needs. They are so friendly and always have a great variety to choose from! They are the best!
