I’ve been trying to find for years a pasture raised high quality chicken. I am so happy I came across Long Future Farms. This is the best chicken in the US. It tastes delicious, it’s juicy and it doesn’t have any smell due to its’ healthy and natural diet. Based on the muscle size and muscle fibers, I could tell these chickens roam around all day long. I am also a big fan of Kiss the Ground movement so I noticed that Long Future Farms follows that model which also helps our climate. I am looking forward to finish my first batch so I could order the next one. They got a long term customer and I am sharing their info with family and friends!

Just bought my first Chicken and Beef package. Picked it up directly from the farm. I have to say one of the best Hamburgers I have had in years from their Ground beef. The most delicious meat I have ever tasted. It was a rib roast, wet aged (just put it in the fridge, and don't open its shrink wrap) for 9 days, salted, lower than normal over temp, aimed for medium rare, rested covered for half an hour.

The taste was profound. It was lean yet tender, and more flavorful than ordinary beef. I even enjoyed the connective tissue. I felt deeply nourished, and after dinner I fed myself slice after slice while cleaning up.

Ben has been very gracious. He even dropped a box off to me on his way past my home. The chicken has been delicious. Not yellow fat clumps like store bought chicken.

The beef is also amazing. I will definitely buy my meat and chicken from Ben. I also hope to visit his farm soon.
