Honey is fantastic from here. However I just visited and got honey when it was cold outside. The honey is fermented. It has that fermented smell and taste. It's still good on toast just doesn't pair well with coffee Little disappointed cause it's a big jar. Usually very good honey but wonder with the rapid temperature changes caused it to start fermenting.
UPDATE:
Exchanged honey with them and new batch is perfect flavor and texture. Thank you for allowing me to exchange! Best honey in Niagara County!

I've purchased honey from this stand quite a few times. It's great honey, and the prices are good-- even better than another local stand nearby me!
I bought 2 jars a couple weeks ago, and recently just opened one of them, and, to my surprise, it tasted liked Manuka honey!!!!

I've NEVER had honey from anywhere else, local or store bought, that tasted like Manuka honey!!!
Also, it's the first time I've tasted it from the honey at this stand, and now I'm curious what it is!!!!!!!

PROS: Very trusting people with their honey cart out, what appears to be, 24/7/365. This invites people to stop in, make a purchase at any time. Usually available in three different sizes of glass jars; great!

CONS: Only one variety of honey taste. pretty subdued.

MY COMMENT LEFT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JAR SIZES. The honey is dang good, but I commented on the lack of variety of taste; such as buckwheat honey and others with a stronger taste. So, NO, I will not trade in the two pint jars I purchased this week, it's not that at all for the small price difference over the quart size. I even return washed bottles, with the hope that they can be used again after your sterilization process. When I get back to baking breads again, I will be making more frequent purchases, particularly when baking Egg Braid, similar to Challah bread, that does not meet Kosher standards. If you're good, I'll bring you a loaf to try out and see what your family thinks.

I’ve never bought anywhere else and Never will buy anywhere else. Best honey I’ve ever had at a great price. The owner is ver nice, accommodating, and responsive. I buy his honey to make mead, and I’m biased, but it makes the best mead in town

My family and I suffer from all year round allergies. I have chronic eye allergies that causes vision impairment. We were told to get local honey within 30 miles. This has been the best decision we have ever made in our life. We are off of nasal sprays and steroid eye drops. Ty for this amazing honey!!
