Love this place..i got stuck on dock for over 3 hours last week but all of staff was so nice and worked very hard to try to get it fixed asap and kept me updated along the way of what all was going on so i could let my dispatch know as well....but awesome and very nice staff from office to dock to maintenance!! Very fast unload as well!!Definitely would come back if get a load there!

I can't give a big fat zero or I would. Got here early, but there's no where to stay. Part of street has no parking. So I dont know where they're all parking. Once I was only one on street and when a truck left 2 came in from down the street and went to a dock . So as another person wrote even if you have an appt it doesn't matter, they call you when they want to. Sometimes it takes them 1 hour to unload or load whichever and other time it's longer. I'm now at 1 hr past my appt time. More on street behind me and one dumb ### parked facing me. Hope to never come here again

As a new driver, this place was a little tight. You back off a busy street and back in to your door. Not much room. Employees helpful and very nice! Once backed in, fast to unload.

Let me tell about the biatch who is at the shipping office ! They have 2 different buildings and I know that already because that was not the first time I am picking up here ! She a big time karen ! She was yelling at me for asking a question I wanted to know which building I am supposed to pick up ! She is one the most horrible human being I've met in my entire life ! But screw her I really don't give rat's farther about her life being miserable!

I'll never go there again. 4 hours and they kept my load locks so I had to go back. The lady in the ship/receiving trailer has a very bad attitude.

Your reefer might be showing -1 when you show up, but if there is a hole in the inside wall you will get rejected. As a matter of fact, your trailer could be a hundred degrees, and you will probably will get loaded. -10 product. They didn't care if your trailer was pre cooled or could hold temperature, just if there were holes in the wall.
