Finally, we found a place that grows sunflower microgreens. We juice microgreens and have had a hard time finding local producers here in the Quad Cities. We buy ours at Healthy Harvest, a natural grocery in Rock Island. This is amazing resource from local farmers, try some today. Oh, we also buy their cage free, happy hen eggs at Healthy Harvest too.

Duck eggs, we like to bake at our house. The secret to expert baking is duck eggs. Wonderful, clean protein with amazing flavor. I can’t suggest to you enough to try their cage free duck eggs. Very reasonable in price, we get them regularly. Our friends raved about my holiday cookies where we used duck eggs. Wow. Try some in your next special cake or everyday muffins, you will be delighted.

Best juice I've ever had! Try the pineapple, ginger, turmeric and lemon juice. This should be sold in stores available 24/7. I don't know if I'd drink anything else.
Beautiful, large, colorful heirloom tomatoes of so many varieties, and they are juicy and sweet. We made a caprese salad using their heirloom tomatoes, some microgreens, mozzarella, a drizzle of balsamic and some of their gorgeous edible flowers, and it was the most talked about plate at the get-together.
The last thing we tried was the salsa, and it is hands-down the tastiest and freshest salsa we've ever eaten. Literally everything we tried we were impressed with. Catch them at the freight house farmers market.
