I can’t get enough of these Microgreens! I was skeptical to try them at first because my husband and my 2 year old daughter are so picky, but I gave them a go and made a salad - just the greens and a homemade raspberry vinaigrette - so good, omg! Even my picky eaters finished theirs and we’ve added them to our meals since. Great for experimenting with fun salad ideas, and my husband has been putting them in sandwiches.
