Lifefood Gardens is wonderful. My brother and I got microgreens here almost every weekend when we lived in Berkeley. The microgreens are stellar. The plants are vibrant, colorful, and healthy and they taste wonderful and are nutritious too. Nice variety available too. Thanks Katy! We miss you. -Cliff and Jacob

The best sprouts. Don't be alarmed by the price because it's 20000% worth it and honestly very reasonable considering how much you get and the quality will surpass any store bought sprouts. The vendors are always friendly and open to share their knowledge about growing sprouts at home. My favorite is the onion sprouts. It like an upgraded and healthy everything but the bagel seasoning. Second would be the sun flower sprouts. I usually ask for a bag of all the different sprouts. Make sure to store them properly when you get home and they stay fresh for quite some time!

I buy microgreens and sprouted food from Katy and her business only- it’s definitely special and high quality . She grows everything herself, is very detailed oriented about what she grows (and eats it herself too!) and puts an extreme amount of care into her craft. If you are curious, highly recommend reading up on it on her website- then try it. For myself, I tasted and felt a difference when I added this to my meals a while back. Now, Katy’s products are a household staple!

I manage a farmers market and pick up a mixed box of Katy's Microgreens every week. I use them on sandwiches, in salads, and as a base for protein (meat, fish etc)... I also just grab a handful a couple times a day for snacking. The varieties are wonderful- my favorite is the mild mix. I also love her sprouted butters and crackers...

The best micro greens you will ever eat! I buy them whenever possible. I also always look forward to when Katy’s summer produce is available as the quality is far superior to other farms near me. It’s as if I grew it myself, only better since I’m not very skilled at gardening. Her nut butters are velvety and luscious and a lovely treat.

These micro vegetables are nutritious and delicious. No vegetables get any fresher than these. Contrary to what most chefs do (use them as garnish only), these vegetables are a great addition to your salads. You can throw them in your veggie bowls. Add this micro greens to your burrito or sandwiches. One particular favorite dish is pistachios in the center of a plate surrounded by micro greens, add salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Add olive oil and vinegar and finish with a couple of slices of prosciutto! You will impress your guests and look like a fancy chef. When you buy micro vegetables from Katy, you help a woman owned business. ?

I've sampled the microgreens and was totally amazed with the vibrant color, as well as with their full, crisp freshness and flavor. I was also pleasantly surprised in how long and well they kept in the refrigerator. I'll admit I'm no food expert, but these microgreens seem special! Gotta look into other offerings here.
