Delicious sandwiches!! Stopped by thinking I was going to get snarfs, saw this sandwich shop and decided to try it. So much better than snarfs! Delicious cheeses and meats and good selection of dry goods you can't find elsewhere. Delicious, simple French sandwiches that are always made promptly. Small bar seating at windows to eat at but more of a place to get food and go. Often a fun collaboration with local bakeries and/or caterers around holidays for fresh foods you can't normally find here.

My favorite sandwich in all of Colorado is the Le Deviled, which is not on the main menu, but if you know, you know. And why is it my favorite sandwich? Well, first if you love deviled eggs and bacon then you have got to try this sandwich, which is a deconstructed deviled egg sandwich with chunks of lardon bacon and some lovely peppery arugala as contrast--and the bread--oh the bread-- it is everything and you can but a baguette and they have excellent baguettes. They also sell wonderful French items and have a whole refrigerated room with cheeses. What are you waiting for!

@lefrigoboulder is easily one of the best sandwich places in Boulder. It’s a cute shop with a lot of good products. There’s a cheese room, frozen sausages and meats, and a chilled case with prosciutto and other charcuterie.

This is the Italian with prosciutto, mozzarella, basil, tomatoes with a balsamic glaze, all in an amazing baguette. The other sandwich was from a previous trip at the end of summer with amazing peaches on a pretzel bun.

stop in for classic European sandwiches right here in Boulder. this reminds me of traveling in Alsace, with little hints of Germany, France and Switzerland. by far, the best thing happening here was the laugenbrot. the sandwiches we had were both served on it. This took me back to bites at the train station and was a welcome memory. That said the flavors were a bit bland for an American pallette,prices were quite high relative to what you would pay in Europe, and the service was more akin to European in tone. The shop had plenty of amazing things to bring home and make your European moments authentic. one should expect to pay a bit more for this in the middle of the US, and of course, the Boulder tax. I look forward to returning and updating my reviews over time.

This is a great place! Authentic French sandwiches that are fresh and delicious! When I want to impress I always come here for charcuterie and cheese. Cool European grocery items available in the store as well! Great place!

I’ve never had a sandwich with such a small amount of meat and ingredients on it. For such a large baguette to only have 3 slices of mozzarella, 2 pieces of prosciutto and one basil leaf left us disappointed to say the least. My partners sandwich was also pretty sparse. $30 for 2 half empty sandwich’s. .
