We had the best time here! We booked a bit beforehand to make sure we have a spot (which I would recommend doing overall) and I was surprised when I learned they do good pairings with 5 wine glasses that come with an experience! Not to mention, they were able to accommodate my food preferences and make a whole vegan friendly pairing (just make sure you put that somewhere in comments when you book / check in). And everything was A+: from the check in to the wine, to food pairings, views and a guide (Alex was our guide and he was phenomenal!) that will introduce you to the history of the place along with wine tasting palette. We got a bottle of Malbec at the end which hopefully will remind us about this really unforgettable experience. we’ll be back in the future!

Do the food and wine pairing! I searched high and low and there aren’t many places that do a curated food and wine experience (not charcuterie boards) in the area.

The food is delicious on its own and the wine pairings make the experience so amazing. The wine is unique (and good) but some bottles were a little pricey for my budget. I would still recommend the food and wine pairing as it was reasonably priced and totally worth it. The chefs did a really fantastic job curating each bite.

Everyone was very hospitable and their cats are nice too. Lovely location.

Such a lovely experience! The food was perfectly paired and the wine was excellent by itself as well. Jordan was so knowledgeable and so passionate about the wines and the valley, we totally appreciated his expertise and friendliness today, made the whole experience wonderful! Definitely recommend for an elevated tasting experience!

Great boutique winery. The wine is always served with great locally sourced bites to complement the wines. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The views are also very nice. Reservations are now required for tasting. There is the option to pair the wine with a full course meal.

Amazing experience at Le Cuvier with the most wonderful wines. A true gem of Paso Robles and a must visit.

UPDATE: Went back this weekend for another tasting/pairing and lunch and it was PERFECT once again. The Beef Bourguignon was absolutely incredible and of course, the wines!!!

5starz don't come easy. Put another way you can check in any time you like but... Yes there are a bunch of winerys around here that rival Le Cuvier...however if you're planning a day of tasting your buds will thank you having made it up the mountain. We did it in an rv, not a good idea. Take an Uber instead. You'll be very glad you do. All of the wines are lovingly crafted by skilled hands.

BEAUTIFUL AND GREAT WINES- we did a tasting paired with food last weekend. It was such a nice experience. Each small bite was delicious and paired back to the wine perfectly. Reasonably priced for the experience. Try the unchilled white wine, it’s life changing. Cheers!
