I couldn’t recommend this place less. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I lived in one of their properties for 2 years. I only lived for 2 years because I did not have money to move out before. I am a single mom and we all know the cost of moving. It is very expensive!

It is been 2 months I moved out and they just sent me a report with deductions. Even though I deep cleaned the house REALLY WELL, windows, cabinets, everything, they discounted a cleaning fee and professional carpet cleaning from the deposit. Honestly if I knew that this would happen I would not spend one second cleaning the house at move out.
Again. It has been TWO MONTHS that I already moved out.

When I moved in, the house was filthy. They only gave me $300 dollars to deep clean it, which is not enough to deep clean a place full of carpets. Only professionally clean carpets alone is at least $200 for an entire house, which they require when you sign in the lease, but I never received it in the first place. Not to mention the nightmare of moving into a dirty disgusting place and having to deep clean the house while having the work of moving furniture into the house all at the same time, along with all the broken stuff needed to be fixed. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I had several problems with them while living in their property. They are never willing to help the tenant, they don’t care at all.

We all have to pay for the city of Golden apart from rent - water and trash. One time my toilet was leaking. They took 2 weeks to send a plumber to fix that. On top of not being able to use the toilet, my bill came $400 dollars instead of the usual $60. Of course they didn’t do anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people. Nightmare and shady management! No respect with tenants!

I have personally dealt with Laurel Properties in Golden Colorado, for a while now, with multiple transactions, all went smooth as an 18 year old good Scotch. The management team are amongst the most dedicated people that I have had the pleasure of working with. The maintenance dept is truly outstanding. when something goes wrong in your home they are right on it to make it perfect again. They truly deserve their own shout out! The properties I have seen all offer a variety of living options all in pristine condition, including common areas,

I've been working with Laurel on a professional level for years now. They are extremely easy to work with! There work orders are clear and they ALWAYS pay me in a timely manner. It's also abundantly clear that they treat their tenants with respect and do everything they can take care of any issues promptly and properly. Whether you are considering hiring Laurel Property Services to manage your home, to be you landlords, or hire you as a vendor, I don't think you could hire a better property management team. Laurel Properties hire me on as their landscape contractor 8 years ago or so, and it has been amazing. If an owner wants something done or a tenant or other contractor notices something that needs attention, it's quick and easy communication of what needs to be looked at and taken care of at a property. Sometimes when I'm going from one job to another or just scooting around town and see something at one of the properties. It's a quick call or text to get a work order put in for me to get a reminder to go take a closer look and get the issue repaired. They also have always understood that some jobs need urgent attention and let me know that it needs to be prioritized when a situation like that comes up. They have always paid invoices quickly and efficiently without problems. When some medical issues came up and the scope of my job had to change, they didn't push for me to do things that I couldn't any longer. That to me shows how much they truly care about the people that work for them.

I don't typically do these types of surveys, but for Laurel I'll make an exception. I've been a long-time customer of Laurel. They have been exceptional and have made the process of remote property ownership effortless and painless. They are very detail oriented, experienced and thorough.
