Lane tractor sales are the best! Mike Lane is a great owner, and the tractors he's sells, LS, are one of the best on the market!

I've had my tractor for over 4 years and it has performed flawlessly! When I've had a minor issue, Lane's personnel were quick to offer advice to do the maintenance or repair myself, or quick to get me in the shop and get me back in action asap!

The LS is everything I've wanted and need to keep our little ranch running! If I had to do it all over again, I'd by from Mike Lane, I'd just buy a bigger tractor!

A year ago I bought a package deal at what I thought was a fair price. I spoke with the owner Mike and arranged the purchase, financing and pick up arrangements easily.

I picked up the tractor, an MT125 with 1.3 hours on it. By the time I had 8.8 hours on it I had to trailer it back to them as the HST (transmission) had completely given out. As a warranty claim they replaced the HST and I was happy with the service despite their Saturday staff having the personality of 40 grit sandpaper. To say he was abrasive is an understatement.

A year later and 54 hours on the tractor I lost the front drive axle when using 4x4. I could feel it chatter so I knew it was in the driveline. A simple Inspection revealed that the front ball coupler was stripped. I emailed Mike Lane, the owner, with pictures, part numbers and my phone number letting him know what happened and that I needed a replacement. Hoping it would be warranted but also knowing that it may not I included the statement "let me know if I need to make payment arrangements". Here I am a week later and Mike has not even acknowledged my email.

I was able to source the part I needed locally through a New Holland dealer. ($140!) I suggest others do the same.

Overall I'm happy with the product but not the seller. LS Tractors are comparable to others in their class but the service after the sale is lacking. I might as well not have a warranty even though I bought from the west coast distributor. It would have cost me more in fuel to take it to a dealer than the part and 5 min of my time to replace it.

None of this explains why the owner can't even reply to an email.

We thought we were getting a good tractor but only after 45 hours it died on us and they couldn't fix it at our house so they had to take it to their shop to find out what was wrong and when they returned it to us it was fixed but they charged us over 300.00 for delivering it back to us and it was still under warranty !We paid CASH for our tractor and implements and the person who delivered it back to us told us he couldn't unload OUR tractor until we paid them for work that was done that WASN'T our fault we will NEVER go back to this dealer( In Las Molinos)again we will buy the rest of what we need else where and never send any more business to this dealer! We got our tractor back and used it 6 hours and it's broke down again,this place does not know what a warranty is and how they work which is really sad for a small business!!!!!

4 years ago I bought a XG 3025 w/loader. In the first 6 months my glow plugs burn out I call them and they were ready to send a tech out, and I said just send me the part and I will replace it, With in 4 days I had the parts. Then 4 years later the joystick on my loader had broke and no one had a replacement so I call the service department and the tech told me what to do to fix it and sure enough it worked. Thanks Lane Tractor Parts Dept. Because of the great service I got my friend bought new tractor from them.

I just want to say thanks for the great service. My brand new MT125 had a sticky valve. Your Mechanic, Larry Erbe came out to the site to investigate.
He was very thorough in analyzing the problem and making the repair, good mechanic, saved us both time and money. Thanks again.
