1/10, not enough water.

The lake is dry. It's just a dirt pond now. I feel sorry for the people who bought a nice lakeside house only for the lake to be drained. Especially the beautiful blue house with riparian birds decorated on it.

Hopefully they'll refill this pond soon because now it's just sad.

There is no lake anymore. The construction company drained it almost 2 years ago and has not fixed or filled it. It is now a "Dirt-Pond". Photos to follow shortly.

It's nice if you have time, not worth going out of your way over. We picked up some Thai from the nearby restaurant and ate here.

A beautiful and quaint small community. A post office, mini mart gas station and thats about it. Used to be a Resort Golf Retreat in 1930s till 1980s when it closed. Now the once manicured lawns are brown in summer and rely on free will & good vibrations from the residents to get mowed.

The lake is actually a man made pond for holding irrigation water for the old golf course. The lake has become an important riparian area for many species of birds, mammals and aquatic life. Btw..Montezuma has nothing to do with it.

Great place to take a break. We brought our dogs for a swim. Lots of birds. My wife knows the type of birds we saw....

It was drained and refilled recently, don't know why. Now it smells rancid.
