“Closed for renovations” but couldn’t be bothered to change their store hours to “closed” anywhere. Had to drive all the way over there to find out.
Updated visit: very nice woman at counter, but half the donuts I got are definitely old. You can just see the difference in the picture. The fresh has a shiny Krispy shell and the other one is old and just feels soggy. Not good quality or enjoyable. 3 of the dozen were fresh.

I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Ideally it's best to wait for a fresh batch of donuts to come out and that's usually in the mornings. Great place for donuts when you have the urge. I go with the usual glazed donuts as those are their specialty.

Nothing wrong with the donuts, service, and atmosphere. The price is too high. A dozen original glazed donuts was a little more than $20. I don't think it is worth it compared to local do it shops.

What a terrible experience at Krispy Kreme in Carmel Mountain this morning with cashier SAQIP. I made an order at the drive thru window. I had to ask her if I could use my account. Which started the bad vibes. Because she had to put in my phone number to use my account. After giving me my food with no smile on her face no kindness. She didn’t give me a receipt. So she glared back at me and I had to tell her that I need a receipt because I am using my corporate card. She became very hostile and let me know that her printer was down. And it was going to take her 30 seconds to get it up. So I offered to drive out front because I did have to wait for this receipt. This then made her more angry, but she told me to move forward and she would bring the receipt out. After waiting five minutes or more in the parking lot for a receipt that was supposed to take 30 seconds. I called into the store. And was told by whoever answered the phone which I think her name was Isabel. Not sure, that they were extremely busy and she didn’t know when someone could bring out the receipt. I expressed I understood but also told her I also was on my way to work and this was causing me to be late. Finally, SAQIB came to my window with the receipt. She did not hesitate to let me know with her attitude and her facial expression how angry she was that she had to come out and bring me the receipt. This is just not what I’m used too for Krispy Kreme. They’ve always been very kind. So I don’t know what happened since they reopened the store. But the store manager really needs to get involved. There is another donut place in the same parking lot with this Krispy Kreme. And I can tell you that they offer amazing customer service and that is where I will be going. Because I do not like starting my mornings off like this With such a hostile environment. Great product but terrible customer service.

Stopped by this morning to get some donuts for my coworkers. I ordered online and got 24 assorted dots. When I showed up, they were out of assorted dots, but they were very helpful and offered assorted mini donuts instead.

First time visiting. This visit was on a Friday morning around 8am. I ordered online using Google 30minutes prior to my arrival. When I got there my order was not ready and I was surprised to see that the minis were available in store but not online. Since they have not filled my order yet I requested the minis which they did with no problem. Next time I won’t order online because their inventory in store is not the same as what they have online. I recommend in store visit.

Wow! Good stuff . And the staff is excellent. Especially the young man that helped us. DeShawn was incredibly polite and one the most respectful employees I've seen working at any chain store I've been to. Excellent choice on whomever hired this kid.

Time to be put into a sugar coma, in a good way?!? Wide variety of doughnuts, some totally extreme! Very clean and there is that separates the backing area so you can see them making them. If you like fried sugar, it’s hard to go wrong here. Enjoy responsibly. 😉
