Lady in check in office was very disrespectful very bad attitude just cuz she has a lot of work. Can’t even ask her a question cuz she will respond very disrespectful. No respect for the people who move America. Asked if I could pull in on a dock that was open and she got all mad at me saying those docks don’t work I told her she didn’t have to be rude cuz I wasn’t being rude to her and she looks at me with a smirk on her face . Very disrespectful so I just said thank you and walked away .

Nice place, get a glad hand lock from office, lock your trailer, insert the key below green light. take it after unload, unlock your trailer and bring back to office.

Tankers:

Tanker Receivin Is G1 (Closest Gate By The Train Tracks. There Is A Call Phone To Your Left As You Approach Gate. The Phone Box Has All The Instructions You Need. Apple Juice Deliveries Offload Spot Is The (Second) Set Of Silos., Closest To Dumpsters. You Will Have To Get Your First Drive Axle On Top Of Ramp Platform. Getting Offload Early Is A Hit/Miss. They Won't Offload You Until Their Tanks Are @ 64%. Offload Time Is 2-3 Hours. My Appt Was For 2PM & I Didn't Get Offloaded, Completely, Until 5:35PM. Limited Manueverability W/ Those Dumpsters In The Way, But Doable.

People want to rate a company depending on one specific part of their experience with it. I'm not that person. I rarely leave reviews, but when I do it's an overall experience. I ran out of hrs waiting to be loaded by no fault of the shipper. They allowed me to leave my trailer overnight to be loaded and come back the next day to pick it up. There's no overnight parking so that helped me. Upon picking it up it seemed that the yard dog forgot to unplug the electrical plug and broke the one on my trailer. I've worked overnight. Accidents happen. I went to the shipping office and they had it fixed with no problem. So my overall experience with this facility was spot on 5 out of 5

Arrived 6 hrs before my appointment was allowed to wait there was put in a door after about an hour wait loaded and rolling way before my actual appointment overall was a good experience

Actual appt time at 14:00. driver arrived at 10:22 am - loaded a full load (45K) and released within an hour!!!

Been a good place for me overall, check in varies day to day but I do know this is a 24 hour facility... I rolled up today, TUESDAY 11/21/23 and there's a locked gate and nobody here! So much for my 2am pick up.
