Nice place, fair backing, new newly paved parking L o t Bathroom And snacks available. 😋 no overnight parking. Not much room for staging area.... When you turn in from the street go wide..

From Chicago. Interstate 88W. Take exit 114. Top of ramp turn left. Go approximately 1 mile turn left on Indian Trail. Next light turn left into driveway.

Arrived at 0930 for a 1300 appointment. Was put in a door right away. Took about 2.5 hours for me to be loaded and have paperwork in hand.

The only negative thing I can say is that the load can be rather heavy. Mine was 40k+ unfortunately they do not have a scale on site to axle out.

Hey Drivers, I checked in at 5:15am for my 7:15am live unload. They took me in front gate guy was friendly and quick sent me to the office. S and R (Shipping & Receiving) is a quick wide right turn and it will be directly in front of you left hand side.

I went there talk to them they took my paperwork came back in less than 2 mins gave me door number 5. All in less than 10mins.

Docking instructions: open your doors back in, unhook & park in front. They will send someone to get you to go to the office after your unloaded.

They will give you your gate pass and bills then you go to the guard shack give your gate pass to the security then leave.

This took about 2h

Stay safe everyone.

(Door lower door numbers are to the west of the building & higher door numbers are to the east.)

Place is great but new security young guy with glasses doesn’t know how to read fuel gauge from trailer wasting my one hour and doing veeery slow check in always long line when he is there gives hard time for drivers

If your dry van, head to DHL I believe: from Orchard rd, make a right on Sullivan then left on Bowmen. You'll see your right turn you need to take.

These people are awesome. I arrived 3 hours late for my delivery, but to my surprise they didn't ask me a single question and assigned me a dock right away and started offloading "who does that" ? and they are open 24/7. They are very kind "God Bless Them All"......

I actually love this place. This place was actually. The lady at the front desk got me in my door. Got me loaded put my load locks on and I was out of there. The lady at the garage shack was pretty nice and even the guy at the garage shack at night time was pretty nice. He just let you know that you know you have to come back at this time because they’re closed on particular days but I know pretty cool place to be.
