My daughter just moved to Fort Collins from Austin, TX and has a nice fireplace in her apartment so we wanted some good fire wood. A person would go broke in a week buying the little bundles of punky wood from the big box stores. I found Koi Lagoons listing on CL so we ventured over to check them out. They have really nice little bundles of pine and hardwoods like Hickory, Cherry, Pear, Oak and the guy said it all depends on what their supplier has to offer. They told us right up front the hardwood was not seasoned but mixed in with the pine we bought it burns fine and lasts much longer. They are doing laser cutting of steel and have some cool fire rings made up. Dude says they will laser cut whatever people want. They originally did sell Koi but now only sell the supplies to set up and support Koi ponds. Keep your family warm this holiday season and head over and get some good firewood at reasonable prices.

At Koi Lagoon they always have interesting projects and products they are building with their metals shop - like signs, unique paper towel holders, snow gauges, shelf brackets and more

Their Laser Cleaner can remove paint, rust, grease, and grime from most metal and even remove paint, and finishes from wood furniture, doors, etc.

As a Firewood source, they usually have some Firewood - to sell - best to call ahead to be sure you can get what you are looking for as the Firewood is custom to a customer

What a cute and interesting place. The people were some of the nicest I've met. They have plenty of firewood choices and stock. I wish they would have helped me put the wood in my car though!

Bought firewood here November 2019, horrible firewood, struggle every time I try to light a fire. DOES NOT BURN. I have had wood burning fireplaces for 20+ years and have never had such a poor experience with firewood. It is 5 mos. later with wood stored indoors and still can not get a decent fire going...Told them about this and the comment was,
'yes sometimes this happens'. Will never return.

Very nice people. Inexpensive, high quality fire wood and I've always gotten sound advice and hard to find products. Love taking the kids with me, the tortoise is a great attraction.
