$85.00 for a Concolor(non-allergenic). Bought it Black Friday. 2 days later the needles started falling off when we walked by it. We only had ithe lights on a few times between then and Christmas for fear of a fire, even though we have cool lights. We did everything we could to save it for Christmas. The day after Christmas it was out the door and there were several piles of needles 2-3" high on our floor. We vacuumed up needles every day too. My husband had to cut several small ends off because there were needles on them. For $85.00 we will never go back there. We also know of another couple that experienced the same. They were obviously cut long before they were put out but they say "fresh" tree farm. Let the buyer beware.

I, as well as my father, have purchased trees for years and years from Kody's. This year however, my tree was dying within a few days of purchasing. I have no choice but to throw it away, as it's branches are warping and its shedding thousands of needles daily. My ornaments aren't even being held up anymore. I called to see if there was anything they could do as far as a discount on a new tree, and they told me I had to bring the tree back. I asked if I could just take pictures, as putting a brown, dead, shedding tree on the top of my car would just be a hassle and mess to try and return, and they told me they needed to "see the tree to figure out the problem". Never giving them a penny again. So irritating, and 0 customer service skills.
