Office was great very nice. Only reason I give them 3 stars is because of her. Security lady was so rude I almost turned around and left they need to teach her people skills and how to communicate. Yes they took 6 to 7 hours to load me that's because they had so many trucks. Office personnel is what makes this place a good place to come. But they need to get rid of that lady guard.

If you are a truck driver; this place is absolutely horrible. The stench here is enough to make you hurl. The loads here are never ready on time and don't even think about showing up early. They'll say there's a chance to get you loaded early but they won't. More than likely you won't even be in a door at your appointment time. My appointment time was, let's say, 1am. Here I am writing this x amount of hours later. This place sucks at hospitality as well. Once you get here, you're not allowed to leave until you're loaded. Sure sounds a lot like jail to me. If you have issues with your AC, you might as well put your reefer to a nice comfortable/cooling temp and just take a nap in it. Don't forget to bring food and snacks. Especially if you're diabetic. They have nothing diet. Just a really horrible stinky place. Loads don't even pay that well. Not if you're a company driver working per load pay. Good luck yall. This was just my experience.

Fast loading , politer people , clean environment. Very clean restrooms and vending machines for drivers . Lady in shipping office was super nice and helpful . Bring your clean trailer with 2 load bars DO NOT OPEN doors . Cat scale is in TA ( 2 miles away from here ) . Thank you

The reception window guy on 7/12/24 is in need of a new position there. Lack of words is all I can say. Luckily, I know the routine. But hey, maybe no words was the way to go. Either way took 10 hours to load.

People. Hmmmm were a pleasure doing business with. Quick, easy in and out!!!! Both security and shipping. When going through the gate park your truck anywhere in the trlr drop lot. Then walk to shipping office.

Been here since yesterday on load supposedly ready since 3 pm I drop off and drove 2 hours to get here to find out that my appointment changed to 1 the next day not saying if it was morning or afternoon ? I checked in at 1 am and staff said they are working on it and guys asleep and talks to me half asleep . The other staff told him how would you know since your sleeping? So she helped me out to check on my load . It's a 24 hour facility and plenty of parking . I live in california and time is money . Just part of trucking and wanted to share.

The guard was a little rude and uninformative, but everyone else was nice.
Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment at 09:00 and got a door immediately. Loaded and on the road in about 1 1/2 hours. Plenty of room for backing and maneuvering.
I didn't ask about overnight parking.

They must be getting better I was reading all the posts and it's my first time here and they loaded me 3hrs early. I would have given 5 stars but the security at the gate had no clue what was going on she was cute though probably why they hired her. I figured it out wasn't hard for anyone new here. Just give them your name at the gate, find a place to park, they have a check in next to door 9. it's to the left after you leave security gate and then a set of stairs on the right it'll say driver check-in. You can also drop your trailer in one of the open spots to the left of security and leave and come back that's what I did. There is a walmart about 8miles away on the same road you turned in from.
