Called the day before and was told shipping is 0800-1600 (flatbeds 0700). Appt at 1400. Arrived 0645 and parked behind other trucks. Pull on scale and checked in @ 0807. Got reamed for being early. Bring a vest or they trade you one for your license. Was told to park and walk in to check with warehouse if load was ready. Assigned a dock at 0820. Lots of room to maneuver. Red light @ 0823. Started loading @ 1020. Paperwork & rolling @1034

I will definitely come back here again. I mean they got me loaded super fast. Lots of room for backing up. Everybody was super nice, especially the security guard. This is now my new favorite place in Arkansas to get loaded at. I've never been here before but man people are awesome. And I came a little bit late that we're getting ready to close but they loaded me. I'm very grateful for that. Thank you guys.

Very good place to get unloaded very friendly people. Before pulling in they're signs where to stop and call security get on the scale and proceed.. good place for trucks delivery.

Over the road driver picked up here. Fast friendly and safe. In and out in less than an hour. The guy knows how to load the heavy loads properly too so that you can scale it out at the Valero. Thank you.

As truck driver, appreciate the space to maneuver at the shipping docks. Easy access to facility, industrial drive dead ends into facility, rr tracks are used so use caution with train, hop on scale at entrance, check in with guard, must have pick up number, get badge, security will tell you where to park, check into shipping...go from there...we'll see how long it takes to load! Staff is friendly...MW..CFI

It was not easy to get there I wish they could be more specific when it comes to the address also the weight process is not accurate at all. Caused us to pay more in weight CAT. The lady where I checked in was super nice

I think this is 1 of the top ten slowest places I've ever loaded at the guy that was doing the load had an attitude on top of that all in all he made it a really bad experience for me as a driver I hope maybe it was just a bad day for him and just took it out on me because if they treat every driver this way this company has issues so to you other drivers beware brace yourself and good luck I mean this dude on the dock was rude he also had a speech impediment problem and thought well maybe this is just the way he is so it would not surprise me that he is just inbred like most of Arkansas is so maybe I should just feel sorry for him and them
