I recently ordered a duck & chicken at this business and it’s missing pieces and parts. I’ve been a regular at this business and they have done this several times. When I spoke to the guy on the phone about it, they say they wouldn’t steal parts again but they keep lying. They are not a honest business, they supply the neighborhood with fresh chicken but they treat their regulars badly. I will stop buying at this establishment and I do not recommend this place for others. 0/10. Read the reviews, I am not the first customer they’ve stolen from and sadly they haven’t changed. This place needs new management, or better honest workers. I am very disappointed since I am a local resident in the neighborhood and to this establishment.

If they had a no star review, I would have chosen that!. Untrustworthy business. As you can see I ordered a duck that came with four wings and no breast . Therefore they took pcs of a duck they had to make up they weight I ordered or they are selling genetically modified animals! Where are the health officials. When I called this entity, the person suggested I return the duck; I live 20 miles away from this place! That’s not going to happen. How about being honest with your customers and give them what they pay for. Stop robbing your customers!

Went to buy a duck this afternoon and the place smelled horrible. It was like everything was dead in there. I was gagging I had to stand outside for a while then you see the garbage truck come and I counted over 12 garbage cans of chicken, guts, feather, etc..
When we spoke to the owner about it, he was yelling at us as if we did something wrong and wanted to give us a more money back horrible smell horrible customer service

Bad customer service & most important things they were hiding so many things, specially when you order over phone. They don’t tell you what’s the weight of the chicken and they charge whatever they want. So unprofessional. Please don’t go to this place.

Very disappointing! We bought a duck today first we asked for it to be cut small that wasn't done. Then when cleaning found that one leg and portion of one the wing were missing. "Like really" we always buy from here but our usual worker was busy so another fellow took the order. Would love to know what happened there. Makes me wonder what I missed before

First time as a customer, I bought chicken and ducks for myself and two other family members worth over $200. There is a dark, skinny older (Guyanese) man was very rude buy not taking my order and offer his service to the person behind me. He never assist me I felt very offended now to collect the meat he asked others behind me as he knows those people recently. Anyway, he is very racial and rude. I will not be going back there because the employees are rude and not happy. Just afew corner away there is another poultry place.
