I really appreciate the effort that was put into the growing of our Angus grass fed pasture raised cow. We ordered an entire cow and all of the meat has been delicious. I especially liked the thin cut boneless steaks. And the tomahawk steak was amazing. I have been on a carnivore diet for a year and the ability to know the story behind our animal has been precious. You should really try them out. All of the meat is Halaal Wohoooooo!

Aisha gifted me a delicious steak as thanks for her new 2022 Ford Escape! She gave me a great recipe to cook it, and it turned out excellently. I would argue better than anything I’ve ever had or made. Thank you again Aisha, and hope the Escape treats you guys well!!

The meat and chicken from thus farm were MAGICAL! I couldn't eat chicken without getting sick, and for the first time in my life not only did it not make me feel sick, it made me feel energized and good.

The TLC put into this place shows in all the details, not to mention flavorful meats and treats.

Speaking of treats, you have to try the stuffed dates!! They're sooooo delicious and make perfect gifts for anyone, but especially for ant muslim friends or neighbors you may have.

Aisha was very knowledgeable and educated us on many things. This farm is 3 hours away from me, but so worth the trip. Looking forward to returning!!

Our Thanksgiving turkey from King Creek Farms was the most tender and juiciest turkey we have EVER had. Purchasing our turkeys here will be a new tradition. We will be trying the other meats they sell as well.

I needed to convert to meat eating after 11 years of being vegetarian for medical reasons. For ethical reasons, I wanted to do halal meat and specifically receive directly from the farmer so I understand their practices. The primary reason why I turned vegetarian was because of the meat industry unethical practices and what is injected into the animals in order to stock supplies for consumers at a quicker rate. Upon reading USDA guidelines there are no stringent parameters of labeling meat halal so that why it’s best to do your research and shop from a farmer directly as you can speak to the farmer directly to understand their practices. The owners treat their animals with care and let them roam around their farm at all times, feed them well and are extremely passionate about food and that
doesn’t include chemicals which is normally found in our grocery stores. I chose this farm because they truly take care of the animals and feed them the right sources of food which in turn is what we will put into our bodies. I traveled over 3 hours to come specifically to this farm and Aisha educated me about their farming practices and why they do what they do! My first time having meat was at the farm and it was phenomenal. I would recommend their seasoned whole chicken super flavorful and easy to whip up. Also, you know you are getting good quality food when their lifestyle consists of looking at each label of what’s in the food that feeds their family and they do the same for their animals.

We found King Creek Farm through researching farms in the area. We read their story, learned about their farming practices, and found their standards aligned with ours. We decided to try their product and they welcomed us to visit their farm when we couldn’t make it to the Schenectady Greenmarket farmers market.

They are a small family operated farm and you can see the thoughtfulness in how they care for their animals so they can can offer a healthier option for consumers. They humanely hand butcher their flock which is a custom you don’t see so often nowadays. They’ve also donated to local pantries when there’s excess, which illuminates their character.

They are expanding to incorporate other products at their store like marinated chicken ready to go. They seem to always have the needs of the consumer in mind and we enjoy speaking to Aisha and seeing the family when we pick up an order. We have been going back for all our egg and poultry needs since!

Delicious fresh bird, and I really appreciate the above-and-beyond service of making an extra trip to Sch'dy the Tuesday before Tgiving to allow locals to pick up our turkeys that we hadn't been able to get when the Sch'dy Greenmarket closed early due to weather conditions the previous Sunday! Could not have managed to get it for the holiday otherwise, so thank you!
