A nice Olive oil tasting And getting yourself educated place around the Paso Robles surrounding. We went there and the resident expert was there to explain all about the Olive Harvesting to Oil Pressing to Oil Tastings. A little pricey to buy the different kinds of oils. They grow 7 types of Olives on their own farms. The oil tasting costs about $5 per person or waived if purchased $25 worth of items per person. They also sell some unique Metal and Olive Wood unique articles created by their craftman or local artists. Google maps or GPS doesn't show the location correctly.

MARY IS THE BOMB. On the recommendation of friends, we went for a tasting on a rainy covidy day and had the best time chilling with Mary. She’s good people overall, but also is deeply knowledgeable about the farm and the process as she has a hand in every part. The olive oil is great, the best we’ve ever had, and the olive oil and sea salt ice cream at the end is TRULY TRANSCENDENT, but when we go back the priority of our visit will be to see Mary again. She’s the best part of Paso. She and Iddy and Lorraine should hang out sometime and invite me.

A total steal at $5 for a tasting overlooking the olive trees- had a great time at this stop off the highway! Tasted 6 of their excellent oils and ended with a scoop of ice cream topped with olive oil! They even sell candles and soaps using the byproducts of the oil-making process.
