The original fried chicken here is consistently good. I have tried the local competitor chain restaurant and grocery store delis and they just can’t get it right. This place does. The staff is attentive, service is fast and the restaurant is reasonably clean. Plastic knives and forks (not sporks) are a nice touch, as are the wet wipes. Keep up the good work!

Our five piece tender looked like this. As you can see the breading on the chicken was terrible…so disappointed this was not cooked long enough. Terrible

I went to the Green Valley location twice yesterday and both times they could not get my order correct. Twice I asked for mashed potatoes with gravy. The first time I was given coleslaw ( yes I should have checked before leaving) The return visit I asked for what I ordered I had to pay for their mistake and they still refused to give me gravy. So I had potatoes and no gravy. The customer service sucks! We will never return to this restaurant. It needs a complete overhaul including a management team that will make sure the location is clean, food is fresh and orders are accurate.

I picked up diner to bring home. I ordered a white meat 2 piece extra crispy and a 3 piece original. Got home and opened up to find both two piece extra crispy. I got charged for what I ordered, not for what I received.
Very disappointing that we couldnt get what we ordered and paid for
