Love the mesclun mix of greens. However, there is a problem, probably in transit. I suspect that shippers are leaving the produce on the loading dock for an extended period of time. Repeatedly I have found that the greens, purchased at Whole Foods in Oxnard, have begun to decay upon opening the container. My most recent experience was mesclun purchased on January 2nd, with a sell-by date of January 9th, where decay was already present on some leaves. Until the problem is resolved, I will not be purchasing the product.
