It is my pleasure to write this review about State Farm's Chris Kemmesat and Stacy Ruppert from the Castle Pines' Office in Colorado. While in search for new insurance, my girlfriend provided Chris' contact information. My initial conversation with Chris immediately told me that I was conversing with an intelligent, honest, and informative agent. Since I was comparative shopping amongst insurance companies, it was necessary for me to make many phone calls and/or emails. Chris was expeditious, even to the point of staying overtime, while he waited for my DMV report. However, if Chris was in a meeting or with another client, Stacy would be there for me with the same courtesy and knowledge. Ultimately, my new policies which includes 2 homeowners and 1 auto was awarded because of the inclusive coverage with the lowest premiums and excellent customer service!
