First time dining here. Steve was our server and was great. He took his time and explained what to do as we had no clue. He checked on us regularly and got us whatever we needed. He recommended the rasbery cake and it did not disappoint. Thank you Steve for making our visit that much better. Food was amazing.

It's absolutely amazing setup and great meat as well as veggies. Steve was our server he was very helpful and provided us with his favorite sauce combo. They generally allow you to eat for 90mins when the restaurants are busy, but I'm sure if it's not, you'd be able to stay longer. I highly recommend K BBQ

My daughter and I are in New York on vacation and after a long day at Niagara Falls, we were so hungry and ready for a big meal. We were so excited to try this place and we are so glad we did. Our server was Abby and she was so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We never had to ask for anything - she was on top of it. The food was so good with an amazing variety. The seafood selection is outstanding. My favorite was the beef bulgogi and prawns. My daughter loved making ramen. We were so amused at the robot server that takes you to the table. Really great restaurant, unique dining experience, and top notch service.

Would have been a good experience if they complied with ADA regulations! Upon 3 of us arriving, with one in a wheelchair, we were denied the privilege of being escorted to the table by the robot because the host said there was no room to go down the aisle with both the robot and the wheelchair! I didn't understand and the host allowed the robot to lead us with a warning to keep behind it. Then we were led to the booth in the farthest corner, as if to hide us. Again, I requested a table closer to the food and we were seated at a booth in another corner. There were absolutely NO tables in the restaurant and NO place for the wheelchair. The end of the booth is solid (no place to put legs under) and contained the controls for the cooking surfaces. My adult son had to transfer from his wheelchair onto the bench seat in order to be able to dine there. Once seated, he had to stay put, rather than go up to get his own food....because transferring over and over was not an option. We had to fold up the wheelchair to keep it out of the way in the narrow aisle. We also had to get our own forks and chop sticks while we saw other tables being given them when they were seated. We also had to ask for rice, while the server offered the other table rice automatically. Our table was not cleaned off often enough to give us room for eating. We were given the bill way before we were finished eating and well before our 90 minute time limit was up! We felt very disrespected, humiliated and awkward while dining there. We will not be going there again and I suggest no other wheelchair user attempt it either.

This place is completely off the chain! So good! The food is insanely fresh and tasty! Cookware works great!! My wife and I were visiting from CT for the Bills game and wanted to find a good place and we found here. We ate here 2 days in a row. It’s so good I might even drive another 7 hours and eat here tomorrow haha! 5/5 . Peanut the robot (the host) is kinda creepy and flirted with my wife. And they were a bit understaffed the second day, those are the only minor downsides just to play devils advocate. Overall A+. Also the price is really good, they could probably charge at least 50 pp but it’s only 35ish. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Our first visit here and it did not disappoint! All the food was delicious. The make your own sauce bar is a great touch! Chris, our server, was wonderful! He was very helpful in answering all of our questions and always made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back again! Thank you for a great dining experience for our date night!

Had an amazing time! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and our waiter Steve was absolutely awesome—attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. Definitely coming back!

Some friends and I went there to celebrate a birthday a few weeks ago on a Saturday with no reservation. The staff was super helpful. They worked with us to get a table despite a large number. We did the hop pot and Korean BBQ combo.
The variety of food and sides available was beyond our expectations. The food was fresh and well organized. The staff was helpful in explaining and giving tips for sauces and best combo.

It was very busy and pretty loud, but one is still able to hold a conversation.

If going with a big group of 5+, I suggest asking everyone what they would like to try or eat then get a single plate of each choice (a plate for bulgogi, a plate of broccoli etc...) rather than everyone getting a plate of everything they want to eat. It can be overwhelming, and the table gets crowded fast.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it.
