👎 The Management company does NOT operate efficiently in regards to owners in need of repairs that require work-orders and superintendent care for exterior.
Roof leaks and sheetrock wall repair are neglected and, put off. Upon said completion, I hired a painter for interior and trusted Julies word that exteriir was complete.
They DO NOT oversee job sights and take months and now years to get work orders generated.
THE ROOF LEAK HAS CAUSED FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE WORK I COMPLETED ON INTERIOR.
Julie whom was the manager at time of above said exterior that was not fixed efficiently for over 3 years now, has now said that Sebastian is the manager and I haven't heard back since sending multiple emails.
I usually don’t leave reviews on problems as I prefer to give uplifting reviews to deserving
companies. However, this is crucial.

If you have any choice, do NOT rent an apartment from this shady company. I am a former tenant and they have been trying to shake my wife and me down for money we don’t owe - currently trying to fix my credit report because of their mistruths.

Called in for inquiring new direct deposit set up thru their new payment system due to the registration code received in the mail did not work. A lady pick up the phone and told me I don’t need to reset. However, the letter indicated I need to reset. The representative did not explain anything other than gave me a very rude attitude. Then, she just put me on an automatic recording without telling me.

Very bad and unacceptable service.
