Kinda small place but friendly. Kudos to Shana the receiving lady. Don’t think you need to blind side into the docks. With proper setting, you can easily make it. I was loaded within an hr after docking. Keep the good work.

My appointment was set for 1 o'clock. I got there about 10 o'clock in the morning. Picking up a load. They got me in a door about an hour before my appointment. I did not leave until an hour after my appointment. They do have outhouses and you can park overnight people were friendly

We arrived at 245pm on 10/21/22 to get loaded. Got a door immediately and was loaded at a little after 5 as they were closing. Taking the load the weight was suppose to be 43500 got paperwork said it was almost 45k. Scaled and was over 1300lbs. Ran back hoping to catch someone so we didn't have to sit on it all weekend and have to reschedule sun appt to another day making us sit even longer and losing a lot of money. Happen to catch a guy that works there at night. He was able to get in touch with a supervisor who was able to get someone to come in and take some weight off and re work the load. The guy that came in was an older black man who was the sweetest. Come to find out he had recently lost his wife of many years. So if anyone has the pleasure of meeting this man shake his hand and tell him thanks for the awesome job he did. He is the reason we are not sitting. I would recommend checking weight on paperwork listed if your loaded right before closing time instead of driving 10 min to a cat scale and having to possibly sit overnight or all weekend.

Overnight parking in dirt lot in front of the shipping entrance gate. I however wish that they pave that particular area because it is full of pot holes and dirt. Was here to deliver reefer Check in was pretty straight forward. Fill out the paperwork that they give you. They will give you a door number. And once you are backed up someone will come out to take your paperwork and your ID as well as give you another piece of paper to fill out. Once they give you your ID they should tell you your eta to be unloaded. My appointment time was at 8:30. The gate opens at 8am. In dock door at 8:07am empty trailer at 8:30am. Staff was professional and friendly. In and out with a breeze.

Arrived at 11am for 2pm appointment for PU , got door at 3pm and was loaded at 4:30pm. Kinda tight if you new driver. Overnight parking on site available.

Appt. time was at 3:30pm arrived at the pickup location at 2pm. You have to call the number that is displayed on the main gate which is located near the docks. Once you call and confirm appt they will open the gate for you to drive to the docks. The dock area is very tight and probably have to do blind side backing so be careful and ask for help. The S&R office is located next to the docks. When I checked in i asked what was the weight and reminded them not to load the trailer tail to heavy because it’s going to California, I can slide the tandems so far back because of CA restrictions. The weight was 43,200 lbs which is why I was concerned. They told me that they know that the load is going to CA and they will load the trailer correctly. Apparently not, because when I scaled it, the trailer axles were showing 35,820 lbs. which is way above the 34,000 lbs limit that is allowed for the trailer axles. Regarding the scale, there is a Love’s like 20-30 miles north and nothing close by if you’re going south west like I did. I took the 55 to 40 West near Memphis and stopped at the TA to scale which took me almost 2hrs to get there. Truckers, make sure you guys check the load before leaving Kagome, I’m not an expert on how to properly load the trailer but I would ask around. It was to far of a drive to go back and have them correct the load so I took a chance and drove to CA. Luckily, the only scale I had to go through in CA was closed so I made it. Usually the trailer axles are in the 6th maybe 7th hole but because of the overweight I had to move the tandems to the 11th hole and was right at 34,000 lbs on the dot. Kagome, please train your loading staff how to properly load a trailer.
