Good food and great atmosphere! We had the brisket chilli, catfish basket, and French dip. Yummy!

The good stuff:
Our server was wonderful. Good recommendations, very nice and attentive.
BBQ was excellent. Tender, great flavors.
Fried catfish had a nice crust, good flavor, but a little salty.

The bad stuff:
There's no bad stuff! Just a couple comments, easy to fix.
Fried shrimp had a great seasoning and crust, but overcooked.
The shrimp cocktail was undercooked.

The food here is absolutely delicious. We went for chicken wings, the buffalo shrimp po'boy, and the prime dip sandwich and all were fantastic!
Food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh, and the quality of the meat was really outstanding.

Ok, this place blew my mind. I make jokes about being a "snob" about philly cheesesteaks, but their brisket philly was out of this world. The roll was so soft inside with the crispy outside. The waffle fries were so perfectly seasoned with a crunch. The staff and manager were so fun to interact with i couldn't stop laughing. I can't wait to go here again.

This place is a gem! The decor is kitschy, but really well done (to me). Staff are super friendly. And helpful.

I had the ribs, the pork bits (appetizer) and pecan pie a la mode. Well made. The ribs - especially - were tender and well made.

Leah - my waitress - was friendly and had a real twinkle in her eye. Passing through a small town, this was an almost magical experience…! Thank you JW’s! Hope to be back one day. ✌🏽💗🙏🏽

This is the first time Ive went here and been disappointed. I got the seafood platter. Food was burnt. What they call catfish fillets was actually nuggets. Im posting pic. Hopefully yall will see this and help whoever was cooking this day 9/14/23 @1pm. Your server was awesome. She did a great job.
