The best wine we've ever had. We've returned for three years in a row because of this place. We didn't see our regular host 🙁 🙁 but our new one was charming and kind.

Oh.

And you'll never guess who we met.

Farmer Fred! His tractor is shiny and red (it's a book. Maybe he'll sign a copy?)

On our way home from a trip in Pittsburgh my mom and I stopped here. Great staff and super helpful. We did a wine tasting which was $5! It included a small little snack and 5 tastings. I was shocked at how cheap it was. While I didn’t purchase anything (super picky on wine), I would definitely go back if I was ever to pass through again.

Lots of options for wines ( dry, semi-sweet, sweet, sparkling, ice). Light food is available. They have one of the best outdoor seating areas out of all the wineries. You can take a stroll through the vineyard.

Every interaction that I've had with Johnson Estate Winery, from their (dog friendly) outdoor tour, wine tastings & food pairings, their online ordering, has all been superb.

Very fair pricing and many estate-grown wine options.

The charcuterie boards and light food options are beautifully presented and taste delicious.

We look forward to many more visits in the future.

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Winery, and not because my last name is Johnson! I've been going here since before COVID. They shipped wine during COVID and afterwards upped their game with the addition of Flight, outdoor area for wine flights and lite edibles.

Staff and wine is top notch with many award winning wines. Mr. Johnson is a wealth of knowledge not only on wine but the region as well.

In September, don't miss out on the Grape Walk.

Older established winery that has been in the family for multiple generations. Nice outdoor space as well and indoor space, inside a hundred year old building (used to be part of their original orchard operation). Many award winning wines. They did have vineyard grapes of various varieties out front that you could sample (pretty cool touch).

Since the founder of this winery was a veteran it’s fitting that we had an outstanding visit today on Veteran’s Day. They offer a very large selection of Vinifera, hybrids, native grapes and blends. The selection is too large to try them all in one visit; however, Kamel did an excellent job in selecting those that made a good match for both mine and my wife’s preferences. We came away with a mixed case of our favorites and look forward to a return visit. I’m certain the Torpedo Red will make a great match for Thanksgiving dinner.
