Uncourteous, unprofessional, and inept as they come. We requested our tank to be filled, and scheduled it for the next day, which was today. John Graves propane lazily told us "we'll be there ..sometime tomorrow." Not a single clue as to when they can be there, I don't see any reason for that except someone being too incompetent to grab a clipboard and write their delivery schedule down. So today, after waiting all day at home, they never showed up. They are now closed. No delivery, no call, nothing. Aside from that, they are ridiculously overpriced, and charge for ridiculous things such as "delivering on an off day" despite it being on a Friday. We have discontinued John Graves as our supplier and will be using Ferrellgas, you can kiss our $1200 (yeah, $1200 to fill the tank) goodbye.

I do not feel safe having a crack addict fill my tank...bad reviews do not lie...now you know what the problem is...spend an extra 20 cents and go elsewhere

I have been with this company for 7 years and never expected them to price gauge their customers? Increase tank rent for no reason. Looks like their GREED has got them. Most disingenuous company in this area.I urge anyone to use any other company.
