Jimmy John's is typically a great place to eat. Unfortunately they made an error with my meal. I called and asked to have it corrected. They refused citing we do not make mistakes and the employees have been working here 5 years. I stated it was a simple mistake and they again refused. They finally offered a solution with a contingency that it is only good for the remainder of the day. I explained i could not get there today and they explained that I'd be outta luck. Never knew sandwiches were so valuable and time centric. Not a great experience for a long time Jimmy John's patron. BTW - Jimmy Johns...don't reply with we offered to fix your order if you came in that day. I explained this was not doable and yet you still ignored my request.

I just want to put this out there because I went for a late night sandwich in ZERO degree weather, and the wonderful lady and gentleman working the drive thru tonight deserve a raise. Working with a window constantly opening letting that cold air in in their JJ t shirts and being absolutely pleasant with such a happy attitude inspired me to say something because not many people would be so pleasant especially having to serve customers in such cold weather. Thank you to you both working the drive thru tonight, especially in the cold! Sandwiches were also absolutely delicious so amazing experience on all fronts

Made an online order for $77.39. When I arrived for the pick up I asked if all 6 sandwiches were in the bag and was told abruptly they were. I then drove 10 min home to find out one was missing. When I called the manager told me they wound not pay to have it delivered, that I could come pick it up. They went on to tell me the best they could do was offer me a credit.
The issue here is that the restaurant made a mistake, which happens, but made no effort to make it right. Giving me a credit does not solve the issue and telling me that I should pay for the delivery because someone has to pay for the gas is idiotic.
Please learn how to taken responsibility for mistakes and make it right to the people who keep your doors open.

DELIVERY WARNING - IT WILL TAKE an HOUR

Love the sandwiches, but it seems not that they’re using Uber to deliver the speedy service I enjoyed previously is no longer a thing. 🙁

Update - still waiting. It’s now so late that I might need to leave here before it arrives.

Lowering review to 1 star. Finally on the way, but it will have been 1 hour from when I ordered until I get it. I could have just driven down there.

I used to order and the guy was literally walking into the office within 7 minutes. Wow, JJ has really declined. Very disappointed.

Ordered a wrap online. Something happened where the order was not delivered correctly and onions were put on. When I called to have a new one made they told me it was my fault and they would not make a new one . Without changing me. So if your happen to not catch the mistake online your s.o.l. they will not care they just want you money . Good on you. At least subway would have remade the meal without hassle.

Ordered, and it takes over 40 mins to get delivered. I will always leave a tip on my order, but it seems as though this location doesn't care. I work on Saturdays and only have 30 min. If I knew it would take this long, I'd rather drive or order delivery from somewhere else. I called to ask about the order. And they just say, sorry. I'm not sure if they're busy at that time, but the Freaky Fast is no longer there. Or at least send an update. Every other location that I've ordered from is fast and better quality.
